This teacher training is open to those who wish to deepen their yoga practice, and to those who wish to share the living practice of yoga with others. Key highlights of this teacher training program are:
• two 10-day immersions of comprehensive instruction co-led by Charlotte Bruun and Roberto Lim, and guest Prana Flow® and anatomy teacher, Andrew McAuley, and Tantra Philosophy and Meditation teacher, Christopher Tompkins
• graduates are eligible to apply with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (see text box for Yoga Aliance information) and be eligible to apply to be an Affiliate Prana Flow® yoga teacher through Shiva Rea’s Samudra Global School of Living Yoga after completion of additional requirements

• International guest teachers from the United States
Through your experience in this teacher training program, you will learn about yourself through the many practices of yoga including asana (postures), mantra, pranayama, meditation, contemplation, and study of yogic texts that fall under the umbrella that is called yoga sadhana. Thank you for your interest in our program and we hope that you are moved deeply to join us for an extraordinary journey in this yoga teacher training.
The Divine Light in us bows to your Divine Light.
Namaste,
Charlotte and Roberto

Andrew McAuley began on path of yoga at the age of 17. He fell in love with the spiritual apsects of the practice, and focused his studies on life’s higher purpose and personal growth. He currently resides in Leesburg, VA where in addition to teaching yoga he offers massage therapy.
